Try changing your screen size on your display settings.  If anything other than at 100%, Sage doesn't always play nicely.

Will that help since its a window inside a window.

Article 47409 in the knowledgebase should help, only in your case, you are renaming "Accounts Payable" instead of "Project Management"

I know this sounds to easy, but I had this same problem. I clicked on the "Window" tab and clicked between cascade and tile a few times and it moved so that I could resize it. Let me know if this works and I'll write up a Tip & Trick for it to put on the TUG social media platforms.
