Tool Bar HELP in Accounts Payable..

Question

HELP.. When I go to Accounts Payable and go to Inquiry and then bring up the name of the company etc that window that comes up is so far up in the header that I'm unable to use any of the functions on the inquiry toolbar how can I get the top of that window back down? I've Tried dragging and it dont work. Ive tried making the window smaller with bringing the side walls in but still no luck. I've even removed the main screen tool bars and still couldnt get it to move. Any suggestions please.

Where is the window tab that you are talking about? 
 Where is your TUG Social Media platforms as well

I know this sounds to easy, but I had this same problem. I clicked on the "Window" tab and clicked between cascade and tile a few times and it moved so that I could resize it. Let me know if this works and I'll write up a Tip & Trick for it to put on the TUG social media platforms.

Hi Lana, 
 Article 47409 in the knowledgebase should help, only in your case, you are renaming "Accounts Payable" instead of "Project Management" 
 Windows open off screen
