The AP executable is stored here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Timberline Office\Shared\ap.exe. You can double click the .exe file and login directly to AP.

This could also be permissions if you are trying to browse to AP through Sage Desktop.

Thank you jstone for your assistance, it was helpful.  Our IT technician spent a good amount of time today working on it and in the end I think he had to reinstall and do some tweaks. 

You may only need to have IT start Sage License Administration at the server, then select UPDATE.

But would want the IT to look to see if it shows available licenses for AP and what licenses are allocated to that server.
