How do I enter a contract amount for a quickbill job that does not have cost associated with it yet?
atugwell, Do you use the Destkop or TS Main? I can explain how to do this 2 different ways.

If you click the job cost module once, then hover over the pop up window to where you see Job Central. Find the job you want to enter the contract value for and either double click or choose edit job on the top right. Once the job is open, you will see to you left, under steps, an option that says schedule of values. That is where you enter the contract value on the job. Please let me know if you got it to work.
I'm sorry I should have been more specific. I do use job central to set up the schedule of values for our contract jobs. I was asking about quickbill projects thought. You can only jobs in job central that have a billing level setu as jobs. Quickbill jobs have a billing level setup as cost code. Which is why you can only enter the contract amount through Enter Misc Worksheets once cost has been applied. I know you can enter it another way but I just forgot.
