The key fields are different/incompatible.  What's your end goal?

You would need to match the Job Index in PJ to the JNUM in JC.  I did this by using a query That took the JNUM and use that to find JOB Index in PJ. 

Really what I'm trying to get to is pulling contacts from the Job Contact List, but that's proving quite difficult.
