We use the edit report after entering payroll into "enter checks" to verify the hours for each employee are entered correctly  then use the "process payroll" report to verify taxes and deduction etc. and also use the Weekly Job Labor report to show hours allocated to the jobs,

Thank you very much!  I was able to locate the weekly job labor report, but cannot find the edit report or the process payroll report.  Our installation person is on vacation and I am unable to ask her.

those would be available right after time entry, when you hit "finish"
