How do you setup a PTO accrual in payroll?
Will there be an accrual calculation in the 2021 upgrade that will manage and track the new (HFWA ACT) that will start for all employees on 1/1/21?

See KB article 107281. It's geared towards the NYS sick pay requirements, however, you can use any names/descriptions you want for the PTO. This just shows how to setup the accrual of the time.
