Estimating reports into Power BI

Hello,

I’m new to Sage and looking to access estimates through Power BI.  I’ve connected through ODBC, but I do not see how to get estimate information, only Database information.

any ideas?

You can point Power BI to the Timberline Data Source to connect into Sage 300 CRE data. I believe there is an article about the Timberline Data Source if you search the KB for info on how to get that configured.

From there I would start with the JCM or PJ tables to begin finding data relevant to estimates.

Thanks for the quick response.  We are currently only using the Sage Estimating product (which includes the Config wizard, DB Editor, Management Console, Means Integrator, and Estimating application).  It's running on top of SQL Server Express and when I try to find the data source in Power BI, I've only been able to login via ODBC.  From there I have access to the server, but have been unable to locate any Estimate data.  Only structural data like Items, Assemblies, Header Estimate info, etc...

    Does that make sense?
