In the PR tax update file that was pushed out last week, when we updated our tax tables we lost our local tax rates. Has anyone else noticed this issue?
This is generally an indication that the tax update was installed as a NEW tax file where the existing tax file was not found when update taxes was run. Are your state unemployment tax rates and limits missing as well?
Refer to KB article: What happens when I download taxes and I select the option to update tax files? (22170) There should be a Backup_Tax folder in the company folder that has a backup of the previous tax file where you run Update taxes if there was an existing tax file found when update taxes was run.
