Printing invoices from AP Inquiry

We use Timberscan to import invoices in Sage for electronic copies. I sometimes have to print a stored invoice from the AP inquiry screen. It has always worked fine up until this week. Now when I print any invoice (no matter how old) the print out has a huge blank strip covering most of the printed invoice.

The printer I use works fine printing everything but invoices from the inquiry screen. I've tried to use a different printer, print to PDF, etc but they all get the same result. The images are fine when I view them. The error only happens when I print.

Any ideas what is causing this issue?

    It most like has to do with the viewer you are using.  The Timberscan links are just pdf, tiff or jpg's saved to your network.  What is the file type you are opening, what program is it opening in?  Was an update made to the program you use to open the document with?  Timberscan has a viewer that you can associate with your document type.  Hitting up Timberscan Technical Support might be worth it as these are just simple links in Sage 300CRE.
