Does anyone use Procore Resource Management Tool to import time to Sage 300 CRE on prevailing wage jobs?

Does anyone use Procore Resource Management Tool to import time to Sage 300 CRE on prevailing wage jobs?  We are wanting to do it if there is an easy way.  I know I will probably have to create a new time entry view for these jobs.

  • We export time from the Procore Timesheets tool. In the configuration settings of the Timesheets tool, you can select Sage 300 CRE as your payroll software so the tool exports time to a TXT file that Sage can import. You select the columns that you want to export in Procore and configure a Sage time entry view to match. For prevailing wage jobs, you just need to make sure your certified classes in Procore match the certified classes in Sage. The Pay Rate Tables in Sage are driven off of the certified classes, which is how we handle prevailing wage jobs.

This what we are doing as well. We have prevailing wage and non prevailing wage jobs at the same time so do you do 2 imports?  I am having trouble if I click the certified in Procore set up then the non prevailing wage jobs will not import because it says missing info.
