Canadian Tax updates are failing

Sage 300 is trying to connect to http://cdn.updates.timberline.com/autoupdates/PTCA2102.zip for payroll updates but that URL gives this error:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the requested URL the following error was encountered:

Invalid Hostname
Some aspect of the requested URL is incorrect. Possible problems:

Name is unknown

    Since it looks like you are using Sage 300 CRE, I am going to move this post to that Support Group so that other users of this software will see it.

    See KB 94922 to Download the latest Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate Canadian Payroll Tax Update (note that you'll need to log onto www.sagekb.com in order to access the download). 

    The direct download appears to work immediately for downloading the PTCA2102.exe file.

    If what Erzsi suggested doesn't resolve please refer to KB 21576 that includes links to download the tax update and outlines the steps to install the update manually. You can also reach out to Sage Support for assistance if you have a support plan with Sage.
