What is the calculation method for the benefits currently set to on your union table?

The calculation method of "Hrs Paid" may work for you. Hrs Paid calculates the OT factor of 1.5 for OT hours when calculating the fringe.

When using Hrs Paid instead of Total Hours, Payroll will know to count the hours as 1.5x, or 2.0x based on the Pay Type of "Overtime" and the "Overtime Factor" of the OT or DT pay setup in Setup, Pays.

Perfect.  We are going to give it a shot.  First payroll is next week. Thanks for your help.

Keep in mind that the change will affect all time coded to that Union/Local/Class (not only time coded to a specific Project/Job.

Jesse,  Thank you for your reply as this looks like exactly what we need.  I see that the pay types are set up with the correct OT rate factors so this should calculate the couple of fringes that are also at those calculation rates.
