We do almost all Cost-Based invoicing. In the past few cycles, billing has been generating invoices un-prompted! Has anyone else experienced this? Our process is as follows:
1. Generate Work in Progress for ALL jobs
2. Generate Cost Based invoices for ALL jobs
3. Print DRAFT invoices for All jobs and present to PM's for review / approval.
4. As drafts are approved, we go in and Print FINAL invoices. Upon printing FINAL, we generate to PDF. Lately what happens is, we select one job to create a final invoice, and when the PDF pops up, it generates that one, and then upon saving it, another one pops up (seemingly random) for another job / invoice, that we haven't selected. What the heck is going on? We have been questioning if it has to do with multiple people doing invoicing (we have two BL licenses, but it just happened again and only one person was in at the time). Another person is in PR doing time entry but God Help Us if we can't do PR and BL at the same time...
Can anyone HELP?!
