Payroll Tax Update

We recently received a Payroll Tax Update notification, however when we try to login in we are getting the following error: 

 We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please sign in to view this document. If you are already signed in, it seems your service plan does not grant access to view this document.

I know I am the administrator, and I paid for Gold Service - so I am not sure what the problem is. 

Has anyone else experienced this error?

  • Hi you may need to clear your browser history and sign into the knowledgebase again. If that doesn't solve, please refer to KB 97950 for methods to contact support for assistance with this…

    Are you attempting to install the tax update from Payroll, Tools, Download taxes or trying to install by downloading from the Knowledgebase? There is a known issue that we are working on resolving when your service plan is a subscription.   If you are on a subscription service plan refer to KB article 114502 for information on how to install the tax update manually by downloading from the knowledgebase.

      If you are not on a subscription service plan, it may be that you are attempting to download from the knowledgebase but are not logged into the KB.   Let me know if you need additioonal help with this.
