ChatGPT would not be an option as this is an online query only architecture.  And I don't believe you want to share company data, especially payroll with the rest of the world.  This AI has had bugs in the past that has shared data from previous sessions with others improperly.  You would want to evaluate the following -

1. Pick an AI that runs in-house on the Sage Server, not cloud based. (I believe BabyGPT is a local install)

2. Opt out of sharing data with its provider online as you don't want confidential information leaked.

3. Pick an AI that runs with a SQL database and setup SQL Replicator if you already haven't for your organization.

All this being said, AI could provide some great insights, but until they work on items such as data sharing to the learning model, I would be hesitant to share anything of a confidential nature with an AI bot.  But it is possible with the proper precautions in place, but I would consult someone that has experience with AI generation to discuss security implications prior to connecting your databases.

Great Feedback, and could not agree more with being cautious with personal info. I am curious though if anyone uses GPT to review outputs from PR (sans personal details) to give evalutions or summaries of any trends within our company (excess time spent on specific job #) Specific Staff trending to have overtime week after week, ect - evalution based)
