When service techs submit their time through Sage Field Operations. It feeds over to Edit Time Entries in Service Management. We go to post the entries to payoll, but get the error that the job has an invalid job cost code.

To get pass this we tabbed through each entry in Edit Time Entries and when we got to the JC Job Cost Code column we had to click Yes to add the cost code.

We have always done manual entry in Edit Time Entries for years. So we’ve always clicked yes on this. Still learning Sage Field Operations. Is there an easier way to get around this? What options are there?
