The COPFL eFile from Atrix on Sage 300 CRE Version 23.1 will only submit electronically (as required by the State of Colorado) if you pay Atrix to eFile it for you.

The State will take a csv file upload, but the Atrix filing will only print in pdf and is not exportable to csv. It also only prints with the watermark on it, so the first two employee detail lines are obscured.

Sage will connect me with a consultant to write a report in CR for $230/hour.

Certainly, I am not the only Sage 300 CRE user in the state of Colorado who is looking for this report that should be already included in our tax filing package. I am also not the only user in the state of Colorado who doesn't want to pay Atrix $9.49 plus $0.49 per employee to file for me.

Has anyone in Colorado found a work-around for filing this new tax? I did manually enter each employee for Q1 because Atrix didn't even have a way to file this in Q1.
