Thanks for reaching out. Checked in with the team regarding this, they advised that only the 23.1 version of Sage 300 CRE will be supported for year-end 2023. The team will share more about this in a few weeks.

Thanks for this info Erzsi!  I've noted that users of 22.x currently need to upgrade to 23.1 in 2 steps, first upgrading to 23.1 and then installing update1.  Is a new release download planned that will include all of the YTD updates to streamline the YE upgrade process?  If so when is its anticipated release date?

Sage KB - article 224924950077896 - reports "For the U.S. Edition, version 23.1 update 2 and later."  But it looks like this was last updated on October 20, 2023.    Checking the available downloads, 23.1 is available in a full download.   23.1 Update 2 is available as an update to 23.1.  Does this mean there will be no other required updates coming out in mid-December?   If 23.1 Update 2 is available and Sage is reporting that it is the version for Year End 2023, would there be any reason to wait before updating?  Makes sense to update now instead of at holiday time.   Also, does update 1 need to be installed before update 2 or does update 2 include update 1?  (We are currently on 22.2 Update 1.)
