System Verification Process Hangs on Step 25 of 26

I have just upgraded our Sage CRE300 to version 23.2 and am having difficulty on one client installation where the System Verification tool hangs up on Step 25 of 26.

Has anyone run into this - found a workaround for it?

Have you tried logging in as a different user and running the System Verification again? I got the idea from this: https://us-kb.sage.com/portal/app/portlets/results/viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=225924650093887&page=1&position=1&q=system%20verification%20hangs
