I have no idea why we haven't been updating and our interface looks very old school.
We seem to be using an outdated version of sage. Is there a way to update on our own, or should we reach out to our individual Sage Reps.

As far as I understand, you have to be on a support or subscription plan to be eligible to upgrade to a newer version, so if you don't know you have this, call your Sage Rep for help.
