Multiple Lines to the same GL account in the budget

I am trying to get my 2024 budget entered into Sage and we have multiple line items that we would like to track separately, but for GL purposes they are the same account number. Is it possible to use the same GL account number on multiple lines within the budget?

Hi Aimee,

You can only have an account used once in a budget, however you can set up multiple budgets by creating multiple budget types, and adding the account to multiple budgets.
