Per Publication 15-T at IRS: Married Filing Separately is the same as Single.  Per Sage:  S or S2 depends on how they marked the box in 2(c).  If the checkbox in Step 2(c) is selected, select S2, M2, or H2.  If the checkbox in Step 2(c) is not selected, select S, M, or H
