Can you please share the link to download version 23.1 of MyAssistant?
According to another article, version 23.1 will be most compatiable with Sage CRE300 v23.1. The article stated that version 22.1 of MyAssistance would also be acceptable, however, that version would not download.

Thanks for reaching out. I've let the team know about the downloads link issue for the Sage 300 CRE Download portal article listing them.
Looks the direct article when searched by the number 119706 gives titled "Download MyAssistant 23.1 for Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate versions 20.5 and later" which does have a working download in the meantime.
Note that you'll need to be logged into the Customer Portal with an active plan in order to access the download. Hope this helps.
