NACHA File Bank Name Incomplete

Hello, All! Does anyone know where the NACHA file is pulling the Destination Name field 11 (Bank Name) from? The name in our NACHA file is incomplete - only using 8 spaces and the allowed length is 23. It is correct at the Bank Account Set up in Cash Management, both in the Description and the Bank Name under the Contact Tab. The Payroll Group is pointing to the correct bank account. I'm at a loss. Thank you!

I think it pulls from the "Options" button under Generate Direct Deposits.

"The destination bank name and routing number in the Direct Deposits Options window do not change automatically when you select a different bank.

You must Generate, or Regenerate direct deposits to save any changes made in the Direct Deposits Options window."
