I am trying to print T4's and when I click on the efiling task I get a message that says "permission to view full social security numbers is required". Does anyone know where to go to change this in security? We are a Canadian company and do not have social security numbers.

Thanks Jordan,

The setting has been changed but it says social security not social insurance. When I go to the task now it says that there is an update but when I look at the update it is all American. Is there something wrong? The email you sent me says that for Canadian date the option is "View Social Insurance Numbers".
