Unable to Download Accounting 14.1 for Sage 300 CRE

I can't download the 14.1 release.  The Sage download manager worked ad started; it even made the directory in my download area, but the download won't start.  It's been sitting for 15 minutes.  I tried the direct download link as well, and it cycles at the link site and then comes back and tells me that site   http://cdn.dlm.na.sage.com/sage300constructionandrealestate/7162/141_rev3_accounting.zip  is not available.

I've got good connections out to internet and I'm getting a speed of 18Mbps, so that's not an issue.  Anyone have any ideas?  or can maybe shoot me the upgrade file for 14.1 and the update 1 file?

    Hi Marge, Another customer is reporting a similar issue. Customer is reporting that they are using IE 11. There are recommendations on that thread, but it doesn't look like the steps suggested ended up working. Are you using IE 11? Have you tried using another browser (google crome, or an earlier version of Internet Explorer?)

    I will try download the 14.1 image to see if I am able to in order to determine if the site is down.
