ACA Compliance for employee's dependents

How are folks linking the dependent details in Sage HRMS to Sage Construction & Real Estate 300 for ACA compliance? (Besides manually entering) I've tried Microsoft Access but no avail. When I tried to link the table I created in Excel to the ACA Dependent master file they won't talk. I am assuming because their is no employee ACA dependent file to begin with....

    Hi FLAkj92,

    The new data tables for ACA compliance are ODBC writeable, so you should be able to edit the employee ACA information using an Access Linked table. The tables you need are the PRM_MASTER_EMPLOYEE_ACA_ALLOC_HOURS and PRM_MASTER_EMPLOYEE_ACA_DEPENDENT.

    Yes, I know and was excited when I saw that thus why I tried to use it via Microsoft Access but when I linked the employee number in the PRM_MASTER_EMPLOYEE_ACA_DEPENDENT to the employee number in my Excel sheet with the desired data they wouldn't talk so to speak. I was going to try messing with it again today to see if I have better results.
