ACA Compliance for employee's dependents

How are folks linking the dependent details in Sage HRMS to Sage Construction & Real Estate 300 for ACA compliance? (Besides manually entering) I've tried Microsoft Access but no avail. When I tried to link the table I created in Excel to the ACA Dependent master file they won't talk. I am assuming because their is no employee ACA dependent file to begin with....

    No I stopped working on it after researching the ACA requirements I found that our company does not have to provide the dependent information. When I was working on it though I was able to pull up the tables and write to the employee files just fine with Access but had no luck in the dependent tables.
