Is anyone else having trouble upgrading from 13.1 upd 9 to 15.1 rev 3?

Message I get is "you must have Sage 300 Constr & RE Acctg 15.1.0 installed before you can apply this update"

Hi Tina - are you on the base install of 15.1.0? the rev3 is just an update package. 15.1.0 is a separate download. Here is the link for the base product:
