Issue with Require per Commitment with Upgrade to Sage 300 CRE v14.1

We upgrade to Sage CRE 300 v. 14.1 recently.  We noticed the My Assistant report for missing or expired insurance was incorrect.  I found that the box in the Vendor Compliance-Require per commitment was not selected.  It was only selected on a few vendors, not all the subcontractors.  We went back and manually clicked the box on all the subcontractors.  Our report went from 7 to 75, that had missing or expired insurance.  Has anyone else experienced this with upgrade to v. 14.1?    Thanks, Melissa
