We upgrade to Sage CRE 300 v. 14.1 recently. We noticed the My Assistant report for missing or expired insurance was incorrect. I found that the box in the Vendor Compliance-Require per commitment was not selected. It was only selected on a few vendors, not all the subcontractors. We went back and manually clicked the box on all the subcontractors. Our report went from 7 to 75, that had missing or expired insurance. Has anyone else experienced this with upgrade to v. 14.1?
