The basic things to look at first:

Normal non-global folder caused solutions:

1. Password is incorrect in the Sage MyAssistant Designer (File>Options) Note:If you do not have Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate security enabled, the Sage 300 reports option will be grayed out and they will not get as far as this message.
2. Was the Sage 300 CRE workstation installed through a mapped drive or a UNC path and/or are all of the reports linked within Accounting using a mapped drive? They need to use a UNC path.

If neither of these are the case you likely have corruption in the Global folder. Please contact support. We will likely need access to a CRE workstation that also has MS Access on it or we may need to get a copy of your Global and Report folder.
