We did get a quote from www.paperlesspaycorp.com/ a few years ago but decided to email from My Assistant, use snail mail for employees who don't have email accounts.

Some Sage 300 CRE customers are using a product in the Sage HRMS product line that includes an Employee Self Service application that allows the pay stubs to be viewed online if I am not mistaken. I do not know if that requires entry of the paycheck information into another product. I think My Assistant is a good option to send the check/direct deposit stubs to employees by email automatically. For those employees that do not have email this isn't an option, but feasibly any employee that has access to the internet could set up a free email account to get their paystub electronically using My Assistant. We use HH2 Cloud services. It is an online payroll that imports into Timberline. You can enter data from your computer or smart phone/tablet. This allows online payroll entries which works great for us since we have multiple offices in various states. The employee can see their pay stubs and it allows you to search for specific dates which is convenient.

We also use HH2 cloud service but didn't know they had that function for pay stubs.

At InStaff we provide companies (a number of which use 300 CRE) with portals that allow online pay stub viewing among other things. Employees without email addresses can be set up with a username to log in with.
