Online viewing of paystubs

Anyone know of a service that will work with Sage 300CRE and allow users to view their paystubs online? Not every employee has an email address, so we'd like to upload them somewhere that they could log into to view the paystubs. The Google machine hasn't come up with anything for me on this yet.

    We use HH2 Cloud services. It is an online payroll that imports into Timberline. You can enter data from your computer or smart phone/tablet. This allows online payroll entries which works great for us since we have multiple offices in various states. The employee can see their pay stubs and it allows you to search for specific dates which is convenient.
