Sounds like you may not own the crews module? Check in License Administrator (click Start button and type "Lic" then look for License Administrator for Sage Estimating version #). If you don't see "Crews" listed in the License Admin then your update didn't include Crews. IF that's the case, then you'll need to talk with your salesperson as to why you lost them.
