Probably you need to try as new WBS

1- Make new WBS in and name it like " Crew_size "

2-Start add your Crew size by numbering Like "02,03,04, 05 etc"

3- Add The new WBS " Crew_size " into your estimate layout

4- Start pick and choose your items "02,03,04, 05 etc"

For crew sizes, there are already two columns for this.  On the Spreadsheet where you want them, Right-click on the column header > Insert ... > in the search box type "Count" > click check boxes for both Labor Count (number of people) and Equip Count (number of equipment pieces)

This is for preset crews in the database correct?

Not sure why it would not show up in the estimate crews.  Are you saying if you build a crew in the estimate, does it show the count?

My guess is you would like a column that represents a custom calculation. This is not supported functionality at this time. I'll join you in a vote for a feature enhancement!
