I should be more clear, I install SQL, using the closest collation available. When I go through the SAGE configuration setup, I get the error that my database is the wrong collation. 

Hi Lisa.  You need to use the Windows Collation Latin1_General_AS_CS, not SQL Collation.

Thank you, i figured it out, finally. This has had me perplexed for the day! I appreciate the help!

Now it's telling me, "You are not currently set up as a user of the selected estimating server!" Seriously, does this need to be so difficult?

In case someone else has this issue, if you restore the Estimating DB from a different system, you have to run a SP called Security.fix. Until you do that, nothing will work! (read all the documentation, not just the main parts!).
