As for your error, if the URL starts with https:\\support1 ... then you are going to the old support site.

Last spring the KB was changed so that if you had existing bookmarks, they will no longer work. You may need to clear your temporary internet files and cookies etc., then close and open your browser, but this link: Sage Knowledgebase for Sage Fixed Assets will get you to the new KB or, since you are looking to download, just go directly to the new Download portal article: Sage Fixed Assets: Download Portal.
