Incorrect Depreciation This Run on Disposal

We did a bulk disposal with proceeds that allocated out to all the disposed assets, as of 2/1/2024. Most of the assets disposed correctly but a few are adding in $0.01 to "Depreciation this run" throwing off our expense account. I ran a 2024 monthly projection report just to see what it showed and it had $9.69 for January and $9.70 for February and those numbers repeated down through the rest of the year. Shouldn't the disposal just be using the $9.69 for January as the 2024 depreciation and then not be taking any depreciation at all for February since the disposal was done in the first half of the month? This is Internal book, SL depreciation.

Thanks!

    Hello Adam,

In Premier, there is a whole allocation of SL depreciation which can sometimes lead to the kind of rounding correction in the month on disposal. I would need to look at your calendar and do the math on the asset, looking at the numbers behind the decimal which usually get rounded away, to even begin to guess at exactly what is happening there.
