Sage HRMS Crashing


We have one user that is having her Sage HRMS client crash after trying to run a Earnings and Hours Report. Other users in the organization are able to run that report without this issue. We have tried on another computer and we see the same crash. 

This is the event that shows up in Event Viewer.

     Please perform the following on the affected Sage HRMS Client User machine:

    1. Access Programs and Features
    2. Verify if Crystal Runtime shows as installed to the machine

    Crystal Runtime .NET shows as Installed

    1. Manually Uninstall the Crystal Runtime .NET
    2. Manually Install the Crystal Runtime .NET

    Crystal Runtime DOES not show as installed to the affected machine:

    1. Manually install the Crystal Runtime

    (Default Sage HRMS Application Server Windows location to Crystal .NET Runtime: C:\programdata\sage\sagehrmsserver\client\payroll
    Install the msi)
