Payroll Link

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Client is using Sage HRMS 2014 and 300 ERP 2014.  I am setting up Payroll Link and everything is working fine except for the Accruals Tab.  I can't see the Accpac Accrual Code/Description fields or the HRMS Absence Reason Codes or Attendance Plan Codes.  All the data is in both databases.  All other tabs seem fine.  Any suggestions.  FYI using AH60A for Payroll Link

Thank you

    Hi Howard,
We have a newer version of Sage Payroll Link (6.1C) available for download on the Sage Knowledgebase. Search for article ID 53007. There's also a compatibility chart in article #30649. The user guide for 6.1C can be downloaded from here: cdn.na.sage.com/.../Sage300ERP-SageHRMS-Link-Integration-Guide.pdf

    Hopefully this helps.

And something to look forward to: next month we're releasing a new version of Sage Payroll Link (7.1A) for Sage HRMS 2016 and Sage 300 2016 and 2017. We corrected several issues, made improvements, and rewrote the documentation so it's more comprehensive and addresses all processes to configure and use the program. Information about the release will be posted to Sage City and the KB when it's ready to download. Hopefully this helps more! :)
