How to get Sage 50 2016 to download

I haven't been able to get US version of sage 50 2016 to download. It only gives options to open or save. If I try to open it asks what program or app should be use to open it. Ive been trying to get help from support but so far no go. Anyone know how to get the prigram to download?

    Hi Tamara-

    Choose the Save option to save the file to your hard drive.  Once the save is complete browse to the location on your PC where the file was saved (usually the downloads folder) and double click the .exe file to begin the installation.
