Hello All, 

I am having difficulty opening the SAGE  app. It will not open whatsoever and it prompts me to contact field support, whom do not help with the student version. My teacher told me to come here and see if anyone has had this problem and solved it before I uninstall and reinstall. CAN ANYONE HELP!!!

    Regarding firewalls and program blocks, please see Steps 1 to 4 on: How to get Windows to trust Sage 50 and other programs? Most of this content should apply to your Sage 50 US install.

    Students may receive support for installation issues only. If you're still having issues after installing all Windows Updates and trying the steps in the blog above, then contact the Sage 50 US support team at 1-866-747-3888 and let them know that you need help getting your install to launch. Hope this helps!

    It's not an installation problem, it seems to be within Sage. The notifications are saying that Sage is refusing to open and work. Uninstalling and reinstalling I am hoping is a last result, but should I just uninstall and start over or call support? The program was working perfectly fine yesterday and earlier this morning and then it just closed and refused to open and work.

    It's not an installation problem, it seems to be within Sage. The notifications are saying that Sage is refusing to open and work.
