In class this current semester. Realized I haven't made a backup file for both companies in the data set. We are already on ch 5, so I have been working in the software changing things. We are asked to restore to chapter 1 for both companies, but I only have 1. Can I uninstall and reinstall the software to restore in a sense and then make a fresh backup for missing company? Or was the a one shot deal? 

We are using Sage 50 Accounting 2015.
