Activation issues

I'm the IT person at a Community College and we just started using Sage 50 Student edition in January. Now, as we have finals next week, almost all of my computers are asking to activate. Some are going through and some aren't. Many of them are failing to contact Sage servers and some are just bombing right after opening Sage.

We've installed the software using the disc that came with the instructor's book (the Student Version of the software) with that particular serial number. I know we have 14 months to use it but it's only been 4.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good Morning,

Are you able to tell me the exact error message that you are getting. This will help us to determine the exact issue and resolve it for you.

Also, the school is eligible for our free education program which includes a non time limited version of the softwre for the schools computers along with technical support and yearly upgrades (all complimentary). It is somethnig you may want to look at as opposed to using the studemnt versions.

Good Morning,

Can you try opening the software again and let me know if you are still getting an error message. There was a pervasive server down this morning but has since been resolved. Please let me know if you continue to get this message.
