System Error Message after 2007 -> 2017 upgrade

I successfully upgraded my Timeslips 2007 to 2017.  I installed 2017 on the computer that has the existing 2007 database.  I installed the 2017 into c:\TS2017 (different folder), shared it to everyone with read/write access.  After installing it, I opened up 2017 with the OPEN DATABASE function, upgraded it to firebird with no errors.

After successfully doing the upgrade, I ran the LOCALINST folder on the workstations to install the other workstations.  They all installed and connect the server fine with no error messages.

The issue I'm having is that on the machine that has the actual firebird database, the user also opens up the Timeslips 2017 program.  The program installed but I'm having crashing issues.

I have an error that says Access Violation at address XXXXXXXX in module "timeslip.exe'. Read of address 00000000.  I will attach a screenshot of the error message.  I would close that message up and I still get to the Basic Navigator screen.  If I click any of the menu options on top, nothing opens and no windows pop up.  I can't even close the program unless I do it via control-alt-delete.

I searched the forums and found that some users suggested that I empty the Windows temp folder and I did that, still didn't work.  I tried to located the FULSES* directory but it's not on the computer.  I checked under c:\program files\ and c:\program files (x86).  There is only a Timeslips directory under c:\program files (x86)\timeslips but there is no FULSES folder in there!

I'm not sure what else I can do.  This program is riddled with so many bugs I haven't even started using it.  On another note, iI kept the 2007 install on this computer as well, so I don't know if that would cause any problems with 2017.  Should I do an uninstall of 2007?

Thanks!
