Slip list lines are blank in Timeslips 2016

I just got done moving Timeslips 2016 (Service Pack 3) from one machine to another as per Sage's instructions.  Everything seems to have gone well, except for one thing:  All of the lines in the slip list are BLANK.  You can highlight a line and see the corresponding description at the bottom or double-click a line and see all of the data, but every line in the list itself is completely blank.  The data's there -- so how do I make it visible?

  • Try this on each machine - go to setup > preferences > interface/appearance > restore all dialog settings to their default. If that doesn't work try going to the slip list and clicking on the last icon - List Appearance Options. Go to color and appearances and try changing the preset.
