Toolbar at top of screen disappeared. How do I retrieve it?

Setup > Preferences > Interface > Appearance > Restore all dialog settings to their defaults.

Thanks, but after I restored "settings to their defaults" as suggested, bill still just shows "Rate," not "Hrs/Rate" as it had in the past, so time is not included in entry.

The restore setting to defaults has nothing to do with the bill layout. It was suggested only to recover the toolbar.

Yes, that's correct, but the toolbar was not recovered either. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Go to setup > preferences. On one of the screens there is an option to show main toolbar. I don't have Timeslips open right now so I can't give exact, but it is near the top of the options.

Choose Setup, Preferences and then Menu and Commands. Mark the top box next to Show the main window tool bar..
