Sage timeslips has encounters an error

Hello there, I have been facing problem with Sage Timeslip 2016. Every time I run the program it gives me an error 
 &ldquo;Sage Timeslips has encountered an error Address violation error. This error is sometimes serious and the program may need to be exited. Often it indicates that some data is corrupt in memory. If the program was reading from a file, data in that file may be damaged. Area: System Error Error Code: 2 Class: tSystemExceptionC (EAccessViolation) Version: 24.0.012&rdquo; 
 I setup a new computer ( configuration is Windows 10 64bit 16gb ram) and installed timeslip. Data base is located on the server. In this error message windows when click ok it opens the database but all functionality remain frozen within the program. ..any thoughts?

Address violation errors can be hard to find. It usually helps to track what you were doing at the time. Two things that sometimes help are clear temp files on computer and under setup -preferences- interface - restore all to defaults. 
 The second issue sounds like a problem we often see with team viewer when the quick connect feature is turned on
