How do I enter the new activation key in Timeslips 2018?

I am going from a single user to a 2 user license, and have the new activation key. Where do I enter the new key?

Go to help and there is an option similar to add users. That wit give you the place to enter the code.

Somehow I do not see that entry in the Help menu. I am running Timeslips 2018 and look at Help there with no luck.
